A lovley sun room that opens out to your under-covered patio and private garden. The grass is cut every two weeks which is included in the monthy rental, any additional that needs to be done will be for the tenants account.
Water & electricity is included in the monthly rental, fair usage will apply. There is a gas geyse &gas stove, gas will be for the tenants account.
There is parking for 2 vehicles behind an automated gate (not under cover) and you can access the cottage striaght from the driveway as you have your own private entrance from the main house.
