Chanteclair offers a peaceful location at the foot of the Onrus Mountains, just outside Hermanus overlooking the ocean and Onrus Beach.

Situated on the mountain side of Onrus, Chanteclair is a newer, upmarket area away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre yet conveniently located close to all amenities such as shops, local schools and hospitals. Chanteclair offers a variety of accommodation, such as luxurious family / holiday homes with magnificent sea and mountain views, but also lock up and go security complexes.

The retirement villages of Kidbrooke and Onrus Manor are also situated in Chanteclair. The area is rich in plant and bird life with mountain paths taking you to the top of the mountain.
